A Message from Perry

As the President and CEO of an international consulting firm and a U.S. Navy Veteran, I have traveled the world extensively and have come to realize that even our smallest actions now, have potentially huge consequences for future generations. I followed this principle when I served on Greer City Council and continue to implement this now, as your Commissioner of Public Works, Vice President of the Greer Trust, Former Board Member of the Greer Development Corporation and Advisory Board Member of The Boy Scouts of America Blue Ridge Council. I have worked hard on your behalf to hold the line on our utility rates during the toughest economic period since the Great Depression. This year we even lowered your Electrical Rates!
